The MUN Runway by Global Glamour brought a contemporary take on sustainable fashion to the stage as 14 Miss Universe Nepal 2026 finalists showcased a collection by Nepali fashion brand Lipi.
Designed by Vimal Kumar Pun and Shristika Shakya, the collection explores relaxed silhouettes, layered forms and asymmetric detailing. Flowing tops are paired with wide-leg trousers, creating an understated yet distinctive aesthetic. The palette moves through muted shades of olive, sage, dusty pink and soft yellow, giving the looks a calm, earthy character.
Rather than relying on elaborate embellishment, the collection makes its impact through fabric, structure, movement and silhouette. The loose tailoring and unconventional layering give traditional craftsmanship a contemporary fashion language, while maintaining an effortless sense of sophistication.
Walking the runway with poise, the 14 finalists brought the designs to life, highlighting Lipi’s approach to locally crafted and environmentally conscious fashion. The presentation offered a modern interpretation of Nepali design—where thoughtful craftsmanship meets contemporary runway style.
