From the international stage in Bangkok to a celebration in Lalitpur, Sanvi Mandal’s victory puts the spotlight on wellness, confidence and a new perspective on beauty.
Nepal’s Sanvi Mandal has won the Miss Wellness World 2026 title in Thailand, earning international recognition in a competition featuring representatives from more than 27 countries.

The victory reflects a growing conversation in the pageant world about the relationship between beauty, well-being and lifestyle. Guided by the motto “Beauty with Wellness,” Miss Wellness World promotes holistic health, mindfulness and sustainable living, presenting wellness as an essential part of modern beauty.
The grand finale was held at Calypso Cabaret at Asiatique The Riverfront in Bangkok. Mandal received the crown from Brazil’s outgoing titleholder, Jessica Buxolas. Contestants from Canada, Switzerland, Morocco and Italy joined the top five finalists.
A Royal Welcome for a Global Achievement
Mandal’s achievement was celebrated in Nepal at a Crowned Glory Celebration and Press Conference organised by Miss Wellness World Nepal at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

The event welcomed members of the media, wellness tourism advocates and distinguished guests, including Royal Thai Embassy representatives Deputy Head of Mission Sudkanued Nivesarat and Counsellor Suyani Yotdamnoen.
The gathering provided an opportunity to celebrate the international crown while highlighting the broader vision behind the wellness-focused pageant.
Beauty That Goes Beyond Appearance
At the event, Dr Om Rajbhandari, National Director of Miss Wellness World Nepal, discussed plans to extend the pageant’s “Beauty with Wellness” philosophy beyond the competition stage.
The proposed initiatives focus on mentoring young people, encouraging responsible leadership, promoting health awareness and supporting community programmes related to senior citizen care and active living.
For Mandal, the crown also represents an opportunity to connect with young people and encourage healthier choices. Expressing gratitude to her national directors and mentors, she spoke about her intention to promote physical health, mental well-being and self-confidence among the younger generation.
A New Chapter for Nepal’s Pageant Journey
Beauty pageants are increasingly creating space for conversations about personal development, social impact and healthy lifestyles alongside traditional celebrations of beauty.

Mandal’s Miss Wellness World 2026 victory adds another international milestone to Nepal’s pageant journey. More importantly, it offers a platform to discuss wellness as a lifestyle choice rooted in self-awareness, confidence and care for others.
As Nepal celebrates her achievement, Mandal’s next chapter will be an opportunity to carry the message of wellness beyond the crown and into everyday life.
