Kathmandu: Jagdamba Motors, the authorized distributor of Proton vehicles in Nepal, has officially launched the all-new Proton e.MAS 5 at The Soaltee Kathmandu. As Proton’s second electric vehicle in the Nepali market, the compact electric SUV is aimed at urban drivers, offering a blend of modern technology, practicality, and premium features.
The Proton e.MAS 5 has already received international recognition after winning the “Electric Compact Vehicle of the Year 2026” award at Malaysia’s Allianz DSF Vehicle of the Year Awards. Available in Prime and Premium variants, the Proton e.MAS 5 has been introduced at a special introductory price of Rs 29.99 lakh and Rs 34.99 lakh, respectively, for the first 100 customers.
